PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner Course
The PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner Course is an intensive course which will require a minimum of 10 hours of pre-course reading for an experienced delegate. Delegates with little or no project environment experience should allow more time than this. There are no prerequisites for enrolment to this course but a pass at Foundation level is required to write the Practitioner examination.
To provide delegates with the detailed knowledge of the background, principles, structure and terminology used in the PRINCE2® project management method and an ability to apply the method to current and future projects.
To prepare delegates to sit the PRINCE2® foundation examination, and to prepare them to sit the PRINCE2® practitioner examination.

The course is designed for potential and existing Project Managers as well as those whose need for proficiency in the PRINCE2® method extends beyond the reaches of a foundation qualification.

Each of the first four days start at 08h30 and typically finish around 16h30. Delegates will have course work to do in the evenings during the course including practice examination questions. The Practitioner examination will be held at 09h00 on the last day and lasts for 2.5 hours.
